Victory Voice – July 2025 Edition: A Season of Impact and Growth
The July 2025 edition of Victory Voice highlights the depth and diversity of Victory Schools’ work across all campuses, reflecting a unified commitment to serve students through education, empowerment, and community.
Grit. Grace. Glory.
Grand Canyon University’s Women’s Basketball team partnered with Victory Schools to lead two powerful camps—one at Victory Collegiate Academy and another at Victory Autism Academy. These camps embodied GCU’s values of grit, grace, and glory, while offering mentorship and inspiration to young girls through sports and connection.
Summer Strong
Victory’s summer program spanned six weeks of enriched learning across all campuses. Students engaged in small-group academics, social-emotional learning, character education, and real-world skill building. The program served as both a bridge for learning and a launchpad for confidence, resilience, and leadership.
Victory Foundation Launch
Victory Schools announced the launch of the Victory Foundation—a dedicated fundraising arm designed to expand impact and opportunity for underserved students. With a new Director of Development, Bob Schumacher, and a clearly defined Six-Point Impact Plan, the Foundation is positioned to drive lasting change through targeted support programs and scholarships.
A Day of Impact
More than 400 Victory staff members gathered at Grand Canyon University for the first-ever Day of Impact. The event featured keynote speakers, student performances, and breakout sessions, reinforcing a shared sense of purpose and unity heading into the new school year.
From the Philippines to Victory
Victory’s team of Filipino educators continues to make a profound difference across campuses. Led by mentor Ms. Tess, these teachers bring exceptional dedication, cultural richness, and professionalism—strengthening Victory’s mission and school communities every day.
Victory Deaf Academy
Victory Deaf Academy will launch for the 2025–26 school year through a “school within a school” model at VAA–Queen Creek. This approach ensures high-quality, inclusive education for deaf and hard-of-hearing students while building toward long-term sustainability.
Beyond Borders: Escuela de Victoria
Victory’s special needs school in Puerto Peñasco, Mexico, continues to transform lives. Stories from students and families reveal deep emotional and academic growth, underscoring the importance of access, love, and individualized support.
Together, these stories reflect the heart of Victory Schools: removing barriers, building community, and creating real opportunities for every student.alike.
