Gina-Marie Little
With 28 years in special education, I’ve worn just about every hat there is—12 years as a teacher and the rest in leadership roles, including Director of Exceptional Student Services and Superintendent. If it helps students thrive, count me in!
I’m a proud voice for the voiceless and live by the motto: “Whatever it takes.” Whether that means solving challenges creatively or championing big changes, I’m committed to making education work for every learner.
I hold a bachelor’s in special education, a master’s in emotional disabilities, and an education specialist degree in administration and leadership—because when you're passionate about something, you go all in!
Outside of Victory, I enjoy the company of my two dogs: Cash (the big personality Boxer) and Phoenix (the tiny Boston Terrier with a lot of opinions). I'm also an empty-nester with two wonderful kids attending college back East!
Fun fact: I absolutely love the hot weather in Arizona and hope to never experience cold weather again—unless it's from my freezer when I am pulling out the Ben and Jerry’s!
