Adam Morales is an experienced educator with nearly 15 years dedicated to serving students and communities, particularly in Title I schools and currently serves as Director of Operations and Education with Victory Schools. He began his journey as a middle school math teacher, where he discovered a deep passion for helping students overcome academic and behavior challenges. Over the years, he has served in a variety of leadership roles, including teacher and leadership coach, assistant principal, and principal. In every position, Adam has remained committed to ensuring all students—especially those from vulnerable and underserved backgrounds—receive a high-quality education that prepares them for lifelong success.

Adam’s leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that strong relationships, high expectations, and embodying the core values of Team, Win, Whatever it Takes, No Excuses, and 100% Everyday are key to transforming schools and communities. He believes in empowering educators, building collaborative teams, and fostering environments where every student feels seen, valued, and capable of being VICTORIOUS in everything they do. Outside of work, Adam is a devoted family man who finds joy in spending time with his loved ones. He’s also an avid sports fan, outdoor enthusiast, and active community member who thrives on giving back and creating meaningful connections wherever he goes. Adam is passionate about health, nutrition, exercise, and reading—all of which keep him energized, focused, and continually growing as a leader and person.
