Job Title: Custodian / Maintenance

Job Summary:
Victory Collegiate Academy and Victory Futures Academy are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Full-time Custodian/Maintenance team member to support campus operations. This ongoing role includes daily cleaning and general maintenance to help keep our school safe, clean, and in good working order. Ideal candidates have basic handyman skills and a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, etc.

• Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, classrooms, and shared spaces

• Remove trash and ensure proper waste disposal

• Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies

• Complete small maintenance tasks (e.g., light bulb changes, minor repairs)

• Assist with routine maintenance such as basic plumbing, painting, and carpentry

• Follow established cleaning and maintenance schedules

• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment according to health and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Experience with custodial and general maintenance work

• Basic handyman skills (preferred)

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

• Must have a valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (required)
